About this villa rental
Luxurious independent and very intimate villa, located in a quiet and secure area of Playa Blanca. Close to the ocean and with a beautiful view on the red volcano of Playa Blanca.
It is fully equipped and south facing.
Villa Gecko is protected from the wind and prying eyes by its high volcanic stone walls.
We called our villa "Gecko" because geckos are living near the Strelizia flowers in the garden.
It has a large jacuzzi for 6 people and a salted swimming pool, facing south and heated to 29 °c with an outdoor shower.
The south terrace is large and has a covered area equipped with a round table and four armchairs as well as side blinds in case of rain.
The barbecue is splendid and invites you to admire the volcano.
The terrace is equipped with a teak garden furniture and deckchairs.
The garden is nice and offers you a real change of scenery with its varied exotic plants.
The architecture respects the style of the old houses of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote.
The floors of the villa are made of marble and the beds are upscale.
It has colonial exterior shutters and sliding mosquito nets. But we have never see any mosquitos anyway.
The villa benefits from large colonial dressings and quality furniture. The decoration is neat and inspired by Africa.
Note that our independent satellite internet is as fast descending as ascending.
The "Villa Gecko" has private parking, entrance, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. A bright dining room.
First double bedroom en suite with 1 double bed, bathroom with bath and dressing room.
Second double bedroom with 2 beds and dressing room.
A second bathroom with shower.
Satellite TV, 6-person jacuzzi and 7.5 x 3.5 salt pool
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Jacuzzi, heated salt pool, wifi, sheets, towels and pool and cleaning at the end of the stay except dishes and barbecue.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. THE JACCUZI was the summum such as the warmed pool.

Great Villa. Clean, comfortable and a home from home. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Excellent communication with owner and very kind welcome pack. Would not hesitate to book again and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely two weeks holiday at Villa Gecko. The information provided and arrangements for entering (and departing) the Villa worked well for us and we very much appreciated the welcome pack provided on our arrival. The Villa is of a high standard and is very comfortably furnished with good quality bedding and towels. We really enjoyed the outdoor space with the mature garden and privacy afforded by the high walls. We used the nicely warm pool most days, which was fine for space as there were just two of us using it. We also enjoyed the use of the barbeque several times, which worked well even though it was quite breezy at times!
We would happily return to Villa Gecko in the future.

Très bon séjour . Location très agréable , calme et ressourçante . L’hôte a été très avenante et très disponible. Elle nous a très bien conseillé sur les visites , les beaux sites aux alentours et a répondu à nos demandes particulières . Vraiment nous avons passé un très bon séjour à lanzarote et la demeure et son hôte y ont contribué . Une adresse à conseiller !
