Location and the setup of the apartment

We had a very loudly group above us, they were screaming and shouting in the night (around 2:00). Further it would be better if there is also shower gel and shampoo.

We was woken up early in the morning by banging from upstairs this started at 6am so woke us up as it was very loud sounded like people were banging on the floor and making noise on purpose

Amazing location The flat has a unique look and design. Loved the rock walls. Kitchen is modern and equipped. Clean, clean and clean!

Would be nice in warm weather but very uncomfortable in normal Lake District weather.

Beautiful building and location.

Owner basically ignored our communication. We were uncomfortably cold and the heating did not work. There was also a noisy fan in the bedroom which made it impossible to sleep. There was a fire but no batteries in the remote control.

First class accommodation highly recommended at reasonable price

Excellent and quiet location with idyllic brook running down side of property. Parking space was a bonus as Lakes can be difficult for parking during peak times. Apartment was fantastic and kitted out with everything needed, modern decor with en suite which was fantastic for our party. All within easy walk of village shops, bars restaurants etc.

Planning another trip just to come back

Great size, with all amenities but at excellent quality. Soft white bedding and towels, really large powerful showers and underfloor heating in the en-suite. The property was warm within minutes and the electric fire was a lovely extra touch. We only stayed one night and were considering extending as it was so lovely.

Couple of blind cords were broken (blinds all still worked fine). Nothing else could be faulted.

lovely apartment which was very clean. looks exactly like it does in the pictures. very well decorated. had all the facilities that you could need. even had hairdryers in all the bedrooms! the location was perfect. Nice little stream with slow running water outside of the property 😃 Enjoyed our stay here. would definitely recommend/stay again.

These are minor points but if i had to look at ways of improvement i would say instructions on how to use washer dryer as i could get machine to wash but not always dry. A clothes dryer to hang wet clothes on and a new cover on ironing board as it looked a bit worn.

Location was great. The facilities like tv with Netflix, fridge, kitchen ware, french door, private parking were good.

The main bedroom does not have a window so can be suffocating. The ceiling level is pretty low. Take your own salt if you are planning to cook anything.

Modernised and comfortable flat in quiet area near centre of Windermere

Pleasant basement flat entered from ground level at rear. Flat recently modernised and very clean and comfortable. Modern bathroom with shower. Ensuite in one bedroom. Good well equiped kitchen with dining area. Small patio outside flat and parking for one car off-street. Flat is quiet and in moderate walking diostance to Windermere centre and restaurants (try 'Hooked' for very good seafood). Good communications with owner. Key collected from keybox

En-suite bedroom does not have window/natural light, but has air conditioning.

Location was perfect. Field two mins away for early morning and late night dog walks. Easy walking access to both Windermere town and Bowness on Windermere.

Should have planned restaurants better as many places fully booked - same for boat trips, had to wait all day for a boat ride.

Wonderful Windermere

Great location, very close to the town of Windermere and across from Queen’s Park, well placed for travel around the Lake District. The apartment is well appointed and laid out with comfy beds, good showers and a decent spec.

Location was excellent, easy walking distance to the centre of Windermere. Property is very spacious and well equipped. Host Liam was very helpful and informed us on arrival about a plumbing issue. This wasn’t fixed during our stay, but was not a problem for us

Some mirrors in the bedrooms would have been useful. Not clear that one bedroom has no windows. Disturbed sleep due to noisy neighbours in flat above, possibly state in the house rules that noise should be kept to a minimum after midnight.
