Well appointed apartment in great location.
Lots of steep stairs: not for anyone with mobility issues. Shower in ensuite does not have a door: shower curtain ineffective with lots of water on the floor every time we showered.

We weren't quite sure which property it was initially as we the apartment name was the property name. The property was fabulous. Rooms all a good size, lovely modern kitchen, with dishwaher. Only slight downside was the smoke alarm kep hoing off when we cooked bacon, even though nothing was burning or smoking. Walking distance to the shops & bars in Windermere, a little further to Bowness. Very clean & comfortable. Children's park close by (if you have children).

location was ok . but more than a mile walk to the lake .
furniture needs more attention and cleaning . beds are squeaky, no toilet rolls in both bathrooms the whole first day . we had children and shops were already closed.
another was with noise .
Adjacent building got construction, drilling and hammering going on so it was noisy from early in the morning which was not comfortable.
it was overrated considering I got a message before I left telling me to make sure I clean the flat and take my rubbish with me and put the key back in the secure box. we normally clean after our stay without instructions. washing up liquid gone missing delivery of the toilet rolls
