Very quick and respectful communication with the property manager and multiple members of his staff who we met with were wonderful and polite.
The neighbourhood is ideal for anyone wanting a smaller village vibe in a big city with tons of food and shopping steps away.
At night (at least on Thu,Fri and Sat) the neighborhood is quite noisy (even with all windows closed) with people and the shops open their doors at 7am meaning some noise. A white noise app helped a little bit.
On 3 occasions the sink drain backed up and spilled out onto the floor. The manager was very quick to deal with the issue (sent someone over). Again, we did appreciate the professional and prompt communication with the company.

Perfect location. Comfortable bedrooms
Had to wait 30mins to be let into the flat (despite surcharge). One small toilet under 1m square for up to 8 people. Wifi broken. Water damage to floor. Curtains poor in lounge. No air conditioning.
