At the metro gate!
My bathroom was not cleaned and the shower was broken, also the water wasn’t draining in the shower so we had to stop shower for few minutes.

The location was excellent. Close to subway and pedestrian walking strip that’s near to shopping and restaurants. Housekeeping gives fresh towels every day and cleans beds. Resident manager is quick in responding. A plus is the water cooler in the common corridor where we can get fresh cold water everyday - helpful on hot days.
Lack of amenities. There was no fridge and the safe is half broken. The washroom doesn’t have shelving for toiletries. The AC was very mild even though we turned it all the way to the coldest. The power went out on the floor one night and the resident manger had the guests go to the electrical panel to fix it themselves as the guest house is self service.

Location is really good. few mins to Vatican. Metro is under the hotel. Cleanness.
Facilities are poor. AC did not work properly. The room got stuffy. Can’t open the window during night because my room was facing to the main street. There was no glasses to drink water or teas.
