Stayed there in late April. Owner was great! Responds quickly. Location was very great. It was my 2nd time to come to Italy so I knew the area where I wanted to stay. This property was worth the money. Easy to get to from Roma Termini. Viral Suppli within 3 min walk. Public transpo within 5 min walk. Conad grocery store within 3 min walk. A whole street of good food. Cheese store close by. The only reason I didnt give a 10 was because of the small bathroom. But the outdoor space made up for it. Did it bother me that there was no lift? No. Its other features made up for it. Its spacious enough for 2 people. I didnt have to go to the main attractions (Vatican etc, as I did that on my previous trip) but we walked to Porta Portese and to Campo de Fiori. Would I stay there again? Yes. Would I recommend to family/friends? Yes.

The location of the property is fantastic, situated in the heart of the very vibrant Trastevere neighborhood. Lovely little terrace to enjoy the sunshine.
