PLEASE NOTE: The Vic State Revenue Office (SRO) short stay levy will be added to the total cost of your booking (on top of the quoted amount), excluding the bond and credit card fees.
This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

This property was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and appointed thoughtfully. Beautiful backyard, comfortable beds and everything you would need. Really close to shops. Booking was easy and property managers very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

A lovely property! Beautifully renovated. Great outside spaces and two families can sleep at either end of the house. Suited our needs perfectly and such a great location close to the beach and shops.

Our stay at Molly’s Beach house was wonderful. Upon arriving at the property we were pleased to see how clean and new everything was. The house is beautiful! Highly recommend this property to families, it’s close to shops, a short stroll to the beach and the property itself encompasses everything you need while away on holidays. We will definitely be staying here again!
