About this house rental
Our Guests just love Bell in Blairgowrie and come back to visit time and time again.

VEHICLES: up to 4, use of the double garage and room for a boat.
3 separate living areas, Foxtel/ Netflix & Wi-Fi.
Living area 1 with TV and gas heating. This area is zoned separately as a parents retreat.
Living area 2 is open planned with reverse cycle air-conditioning and Coonara heating, dining and kitchen area, opening out to fully fenced pool, spa and alfresco dining area with BBQ facilities.
Living area 3 is set up as a home theatre / billiards room with large TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning, Coonara heating, wine fridge and integrated music system that also leads out to the pool area. The pool dimensions are is 6.5m x 3.5m.
Bedroom 1 with queen bed, tv and ceiling fan.
Large ensuite with bath, shower, double vanity and toilet.
2nd bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan.
3rd bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan.
4th bedroom with king single bunk, single bed and trundle bed and ceiling fan.
Porta Cot is available. BYO Linen.
Family bathroom with bath, shower and vanity.
Powder Room.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Fully fenced and gated at the front and back with access to the double garage and room for a boat.
PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.
LINEN
Beds, bathroom linen and pool towels are included with all bookings. BYO beach towels.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

A large and very comfortable house, well and thoughtfully equipped. Spotlessly clean and well located in central Blairgowrie, close to barbes and shops. Quiet, with wonderful bird- life. The size of the house lent itself to visitors and gave everyone some privacy. The pool is too small for swimming; although perhaps good for entertaining

Such a beautiful spacious home, with great lounge spaces, a few breakout to choose from. A very clean and well organised home. The outdoor areas are stunning, pool and spa are amazing. Beach House rentals were attentive and great to deal with, very professional and made the whole process very easy. Would definitely recommend the team and the house for sure.
