The Sunny Daze townhome is located on the ground level. The ocean-view living room features a smart Roku TV, with a cozy couch and chair, sliders leading to the ocean-view deck, and quick beach access, making it easy to get to the white sandy beach in no time. Walk right out the sliders to the path leading to the refreshing pool adjacent. This townhome is the ultimate vacation getaway!
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all your baking essentials. Enjoy breakfast with a view of the ocean from the dining area with seating for 4. The spacious master suite features sneak peeks of the ocean, a king-size bed, and smart Roku TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and the full bath is located in the hallway and features a walk-in shower.
This townhome offers Roku TVs, and free Google WiFi, and all your linens are supplied. The shared washer/dryer are in the garage. The garage is not available for parking. Parking for one 1 vehicle with additional parking near the tennis court. The pool and tennis court are on site adjacent to this great ocean-view townhome!

The short walk to the beach is amazing!!! The view of the ocean was better than the pictures! We brought our own chairs canopy and boogie boards but at this place they had all of the above plus more! The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were up all times of the night and you could hear every single movement..the other downside was the shared washer and dryer when upstairs and downstairs were checking out at the same time but we communicated and both families got everything done by 930! Other than the 2 minor things I listed this place was amazing and I would stay here and recommend anyone here!

The unit was very clean and had a better view of the ocean than we expected. The pool and beach are both so close! The property managers are very friendly and helpful. You can definitely hear every movement of the upstairs guests but luckily they seemed to be on the same schedule as us so they were quiet at night. We absolutely had the perfect vacation!

Lots of pros about the rental... easy check in and out, wonderful location, amazing views, great decor, super clean, and AC worked great which is definitely important for a Florida beach rental during summer. Only a few minor cons... missing remote, you wake up with the upstairs renters due to the acoustics in those buildings, would have liked a deadbolt on the front door, and wish there would have been a regular coffee maker since I didn’t bring the single serving cups. Again, minor complaints, we enjoyed the unit very much!
