The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.
Beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit. Very quiet and secluded located. Everything is brand new and updated including appliances. Beautiful tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. Right across and closest condo to the largest of the 3 pools. Right next to the shaded path that goes directly to the beach. The perfect location for children. Walk to a car-free beach.
Decorated with Florida style, the living room features cable TV with a flat-screen HDTV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 6. The spacious master bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, sliders to the patio, and a private master bath with tub/shower. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both feature queen size beds. The 2nd bath features a tub/shower.
Free WiFi, free nationwide calling, cable TV, and full-size washer/dryer. Pet Friendly for rentals 28-nights or longer (pets must be 20pds or smaller, N0 CATS).

This condo is spacious, clean and super close to the beach. It is well stocked with condo essentials (bath towels, kitchen equipment, etc.). The only thing that would make it a 5/5 is having access to beach accessories. This condo is lacking the basics like beach towels, blanket, chairs, or umbrella.

Worked out great for us! easy walk to the beach. we really enjoyed the shaded streets and paths for walking and running. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. Only drawback to us of this place was lack of natural light in the living room, but since we were mostly at the beach it didn't really matter. (bedrooms, kitchen do have windows and good natural light). Would not hesitate to stay here, or in a similar property again!

Perfectly decorated, spacious, comfortable condo. Steps away from the pool and a short walk across the dunes to the ocean. This condo had everything I needed. I appreciate the owners attention to detail. Id definitely recommend this property to others.
