273 Sea Woods Veranda 3BD - Keep Palm & Carry On

Nice condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had to purchase toilet paper, but everything else was there for us. Nice a little further to the beach than anticipated. Overall good

We were introduced to Sea Woods two years ago. Veranda unit 273 has the homeyness, comfort and space that we were looking for. The unit has all of the amenities that one would expect to have in their own home. We loved the combination of land and Sea in the decor and the spaciousness of the veranda. We were able to get quite a bit of sun in the early morning and later afternoon, which we had never been able to experience in past places. The unit is very well organized. The kitchen, in particular, had labeled cabinets and shelves that helped to make sure that items went back where they belonged. The favorite part of the kitchen for my wife was the cabinets/table that held a Keurig, regular coffee maker and hot water pot as well as all of the items that one would need to make coffee and tea. The pantry contained bottled water and food stuffs that were available to the renter. The refrigerator also had bottled water and condiments that either the owner or other renters had left behind. All were available to the renter. There was plenty of room in the bedroom, closets, and upstairs closet for anything one would bring for a long stay. The master bedroom bureaus were empty of the owners things so we were able to use all of that space as well. Any cleaning products as well as a vacuum and floor mop were available. The washer and dryer were clean and worked well. For other renters to be aware of; it seems that the toaster oven was only used for toasting not cooking so we ended up using the stove for all of the cooking. The owner was very responsive to our emails when we had questions. A minor disappointment was the condition of the mattress on the open up couch upstairs. If we had had our adult children visiting, that mattress would have been too soft and uncomfortable for them. We'd like to comment about Sea Woods itself. It's a lovely wooded community across the street from the beach with plenty of places to walk and enjoy nature. It also offered three pools, one of which was heated. There are plenty of other activities that you can participate in.

Our stay at the Sea Woods Veranda was everything we could have asked for! My husband and I (Jason and Elise Gann) visited with our three children. Our kids were elated to find toys and cozy places of their own to play in while we were not on the beach. The distance to the beach was so convenient. We basically had a private beach as there were only a couple people on the shore while we visited. The tide did force us off for a little while, but we moved over to the pool! The amenities were well kept, large enough to swim and play for the kids and provided a covered patio for adults to supervise. Pool passes allowed us to use the restrooms and pool while we waited out high tide. The home was filled with accommodations that you would not find in other vacation rentals: snacks, drinks, tupperware and cooking supplies not to mention the labeled baskets filled with supplies should you forget sunscreen, aloe, and even toiletries (to name a few)! We felt right at home. The condo was charming, inviting, clean and open with plenty of space. We could not have asked for more..we are already looking for a time we can stay again!

We absolutely loved hanging out here for a week. The condo was super clean and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. It was an It was a very cozy spot for rest and family fun. Our kids range from 3 to 17, but there was something for everyone. Very large and quiet screened patio. Loved being just a short walk from the beach with beautiful sunrises on the Atlantic! Had a ton of fun at the pools. Great local restaurants. Can't wait to go back!
