Nice appartement with large terrace and comfortabele shared pooled. There was a babybed available as promised and everything was clean. The kitchen is spacious and had everything you need including a washing machine. The beds are a bit hard, but this is quite normal in spain/canarian islands. Perfect appartement to stay with 3 persons (1 double bed, 1 single bed). The appartement building itself it is quit, however you will have soms noise from bars a few streets away in the evening, but we did not find this disturbing. Playa Paraiso has a small boulevard close to the beach which is very nice, also there was a small new shopping center with supermarkt closeby, the Playa Paraiso city center however is a bit rundown. Would advice to book a rentall care to visit beautiful spots nearby like Playa del Duque, Los Gigabytes, El Teide etc. Big plus was the free private parking space below the appartement.

Apartment was lovely, modern and clean. The balcanoy was great, lots of space.
We did receive a letter the first morning we woke up telling us that if the apartment was rented out the police would be called. It also came with very strict rules.
The apartment is just on the outside of adeje in playa parasio which is a bit quieter. Not a lot to do in the wee strip but are a 20 euro taxi to adeje and las americas.
Overall great apartment.
