La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la zona más ajetreada de la Isla pero no en ella , esta zona es más tranquila y te ahorras ver y oír a los extranjeros cuando se emborrachan y la lían. El residencial fue un Hotel y tiene buena instalaciones , incluso cuenta con gestión de basura 🗑️ propia . Se encuentra a 7 minutos andando de la playa más cercana, no muy buena por las piedras eso sí . Cuenta con 2 piscinas las cuales son espaciosas y con zona de hamacas para amantes del sol y también de sombra. Cuenta con supermercado a 3 minutos andando , eso sí , a precio de Inglaterra .

Por poner alguna pega , no cuenta con gimnasio , aunque tiene pistas de tenis 🎾. El hilo musical 🎵 del pasillo y de todo el edificio está encendido durante toda la noche , quizás todos estén acostumbrados y sea yo tiquismiquis pero a las 3 am con todo en silencio se escucha desde las habitaciones.

Value for money. Good Indian restaurant near home, good pronade near the ocean. Good shopping center “Mint” near.

No parking. No good beach near home. Far from center of Las Amerikas or Costa Adehe. Loud construction work was in the way, and a new road was being built nearby.

The view and pool inside building were nice Quite comfortable beds Communication with the team was quick and they sent maintenance shortly after reporting issues Apple TV and Sonos speakers (however ATV was disconnecting from TV while watching multiple times) Stable and fast internet

For about a week of our stay, the electricity in the apartment repeatedly failed. Several evenings we had no lights, no ceiling fans, and even the washing machine was unusable. This happened on at least six different evenings, leaving the apartment completely dark and without ventilation. Even after multiple visits and a boiler replacement, the problem kept occurring. We also experienced long maintenance sessions inside the apartment, which was very disruptive. Additionally, several pieces of furniture were broken (including three out of four dining chairs), which is unacceptable for accommodation in this price range. While the communication with the host was polite and prompt and the issue was probably caused by the water leakage from neighbouring apartment, we were disappointed by their response after our stay, as they did not acknowledge the severity of the issues and declined any form of compensation. Also, only now I’ve read another older review here reporting similar issue with electricity. We had also leaking toilet which was fixed. The furtniture is not in the best condition (cracked mirror or floor), which I find also unacceptable in this price range.
