Great historic home located right on the Indian River with a large waterfront property and dock to fish from. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars and a great brewery are right up the street in downtown Eau Gallie.

I have stayed in almost every suite on the property. The hosts always reply to questions and reservations in a timely manner. The property is always clean and in good repair.

Lovely location. Some old world charm. In an historic district. The unit worked, but seemed a little bare in furnishings and decoration. We liked being on the first floor., but we had two people knock on our door because there is no one on site to help check in and people couldn't find their units. The biggest problem -- the walls are paper thin and you can hear loud voices, kids crying, people yelling etc. Very Unpleasant.
