La terrasse vue sur l'océan.l'orientation car il faisait bon malgré la chaleur.La climatisation n'est pas nécessaire. L'aménagement de l'appartement Le calme hors saison touristique L'emplacement dans la Baule proche de Pornichet et le parking juste derrière L'accueil de Josiane et Yves
Rien, Tout était parfait, Le boulevard était encore en travaux pour la dernière semaine, donc un peu bruyant et l'accès à l'océan devait se faire plus loin. L'appartement est au 2nd sans ascenseur, il faut être autonome.

Cet appartement est très bien situé face à la plage, immaculé et équipé comme à la maison. Rien n’y manque. Du couteau à huîtres au serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, parasols en passant par tout ce qui doit être pratique dans une maison. Très bel accueil des proprios très sympathiques ! Sans les travaux en cours, ça aurait été parfait.
Les travaux devant, sur la rue, qui nous empêchaient l’accès direct à la plage, le bruit occasionné par les travaux, qui commençaient dès 6h30, le matin.
