As many already said: great location close to lots of restaurants and city highlights, but in a more quiet street. Very comfortable bed, great shower, nice decoration. Bonuspoints for the blackout curtains, so you get a comfortable sleep!
You can easily hear upstairs neighbours and people coming up the stairs, so earplugs are a must if you're a light sleeper. Overall it was surface clean, but the apartment could use a deep clean of gathered dust and usage stains on various walls. I've let the owner know and they've kindly responded that they would address this with their cleaning staff.

Die Lage war super, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Gute Ausstattung, sehr bequemes Bett. Alles da, was man braucht, um z. B. selbst Frühstück zu machen. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen für einen Kurztrip!

The location was very convenient. The use of the laundry facilities was very helpful.
The stairs were a nightmare. The entrance and stairs were shabby and did not feel clean. The bathroom and the walls were in need of a coat of paint.
