Lovely stay, beautiful scenery and so quiet.

A little bit more information on arrival would be good. Had to ask where the firewood store was and luckily we did not have to empty the ash as only found the bin on the last morning.

Romantic remote forest experience!

Everything! Waking up with the birds and squirrels in the garden to the own sauna and the fireplace. It’s such a romantic local vibe and absolutely brings you back to nature. A total relaxing experience in such a private forest area. The heated floor in the bathroom is a big plus, as well as all the handy items and large kitchen with everything you need. We love to come back!

Just the weird smell from the bathroom, but easy fix is to leave the door open!

Nice and quiet location not far from the highway.

The cabin was very comfortable, and had everything needed. The location was good, not too far from Levi ski resort, but still isolated enough.

The wooded surrounding was a bit dull.

Great spacious accommodation to stay when visiting Levi! Car recommended as the place is 8-10 minutes drive from Levi, but is also reachable by bus. Sauna is great and very welcome after spending the day outside in -20 degrees Celsius. Kitchen is very complete as it also includes dish washer, microwave and coffee machine (and coffee). We would definitely come back here when visiting Levi!

Gezellige hut midden in het bos

Prachtige hut midden in het bos. Alles was zeer proper en van alle gemakken voorzien. Elke ochtend kwamen twee eekhoorns ons entertainen. De sauna was top! We hebben echt genoten van het huisje.

De badkamer was koud en kregen we niet echt verwarmd.

Tolle typisch finnische Blockhütte mitten im Wald

Tolle Blockhütte mitten im Wald, ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Levi. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Hütte, es war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Hier ein paar nützliche Tipps: Die Hütte hat unten ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, oben auf der Galerie befinden sich noch 5 weitere Betten. Es gibt nur im Schlafzimmer einen kleinen Kleiderschrank, sonst nur noch eine Gardeobe im Eingangsbereich. Wir waren nur zu dritt in der Hütte, von daher war der Platz ausreichend. Mit mehreren Personen wird es aber schwierig. Es gibt ein sehr kleines Badezimmer, die Dusche ist separat in dem Raum vor der Sauna. Im Badezimmer und in der Dusche hat man Fußbodenheizung, im restlichen Haus ist der Fußboden sehr kalt, unbedingt Hausschuhe mitnehmen :-) In dem Duschraum gibt es keine Heizung, dort ist es sehr kalt. Wir haben immer nur nach der Sauna geduscht, so dass die Wärme von der Sauna den Raum aufgeheizt hat. Das Hokz für den Kamin findet man in einer kleinen Hütte ca. 20 Meter vom Haus entfernt, man muss also immer raus gehen, um Holz zu holen. In der Küche gibt es keine Abtrockentücher, auch auf Nachfrage hin nicht. Die müssen mitgebracht werden. Man bekommt pro Person nur 1 großes Duschhandtuch und 1 kleines Handtuch.

Im Haus sind Hunde erlaubt. Wahrscheinlich haben vor uns die Gäste einen Hund dabei gehabt, es waren nämlich überall Hundehaare. Unsere Klamotten waren nach 1 Tag voller Haare, vor allem die Hausschuhe waren komplett mit Haaren übersät... Da im Haus sehr viele Teppiche liegen, haben sich die Haare wahrscheinlich darin festgesetzt. Auch nachdem wir nochmal alles gesaugt haben, wurde es nicht viel besser.
