Stay AWAY SCAM

Absolute disaster the worse experience ever

I am well travelled and i can assure you The property isn’t worth the price its very commercial and made for many people planing to share a basic accommodation, no chalet spirit whatsoever, i had to leave straight away after checking and guess what, the host didn’t agree to refund us back despite the fact we didn’t use the property, he argued that the booking was not refundable, no hospitality ethics, showers are outside lacking privacy, temperature was very cole inside and they leave a note asking you not to touch it, there are amazing chalets in levi but most of them are not on the booking.com please spare your self the greediness of the booking system, i will escalate the case , stay AWAY from this property

A magical Christmas spent in a picture perfect chalet

The location of the property is perfect, you are very close to the main centre of Levi and the chalet is nestled in the woods. The chalet is a good size and split well across three floors. The Christmas tree was a perfect touch and the host is extremely helpful and very responsive to messages.

The cleaners could do a better job at checking that plates and utensils have been cleaned properly before the next family has the chalet.

Wonderful, peaceful stay in snowy wonderland

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful cabin, it completely exceeded out expectations. We were a party of 11 (8 adults and 3 children) and enjoyed the peaceful, scenic cabin that was only a short walk to the centre. The host was so helpful and answered any questions we had quickly and our stay was completely seemless. The cabin was spacious enough for our large party and we hope to return soon after falling in love with Levi. We can’t recommend this accommodation highly enough, the only downside was that our stay had to come to an end.

Picturesque family chalet in a perfect location, great for all sorts of activites in the area

Very Picturesque property, lovely finish outside and in lovely location 10 minute walk to the centre.

The only issue is that the showers are in the basement, however even with 9 people we made this work. I think it would be better if this was explained in the advert for the property, we still would have chosen this property it was good value.
