VIP Rakka Villas 5 & 6

Beautiful building. Warm and cozy.

Beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Bizarre that linens are not included. Lots of miscommunication with various people at property manager (although in the end, the issues were resolved). Charged higher amount than shown on booking. No instruction manuals and hard to figure out how to work some equipment (stove flue, sauna)

I would have preferred if linen and towels were included in the accommodation price quoted on booking.com . They were an unexpected €130 extra on top of the quoted price which I only became aware of after I had booked and paid for the property. there are no instructions for how to work the sauna.

Great location to the town and main slopes. Loved having a fire and toasting marshmallows, plenty of wood supplied, you won't run out. Great having sledges to play with outside the cabin. All the plates, pots, and glasses you need for a family of 5. Beds were comfortable enough but no double, all are singles pushed together but warm enough. Underfloor heating made a huge difference, never got cold. Sauna was great, nice and hot. Never seen a fridge like heater before, amazing from drying ski clothes!

We had a great stay so nothing to complain about. Maybe instructions for the sauna and heating might have been helpful but we worked it out.

Très cher pour les équipements bas de gamme, menage non fourni au prix car au final on doit faire toutes les pièces (cuisine, SDB, les sols etc..), les lits en haut sont dans la mansarde en bois, draps et serviettes en suppléments (26€) je trouve cela très cher
