Welcome to this beautiful 46 m² apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, near Avenue Montaigne in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. The décor blends authentic charm with modern touches, offering a warm and comfortable setting to relax after a day exploring Paris.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area featuring a dining table for four, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two single beds, creating a welcoming space to unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home.
The apartment includes one bedroom, thoughtfully furnished for comfort and tranquillity. The double bed (140 × 200) is prepared with hotel-quality bed linen.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. It is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The Champs Elysees, the most beautiful avenue in the world, is located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, with the Arc de Triomphe at the western end of the avenue. But we do not stop there, the district also houses the official residence of the head of the French state, the palace of the Elysees.
As far as buildings are concerned, it is difficult to do better than the VIIIth arrondissement, from Place de la Concorde and its famous obelisk, passing by the Petit and the Grand Palais and up to the Pont Alexandre III, you will not To be surprised by all these buildings.
For shopping lovers, you have the Champs-Elysées, home to all kinds of prestigious boutiques and major chain stores. To be able to say that one made his shopping on the Champs is the dream of more than one ...

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

My family of 4 stayed in this adorable flat in the heart of 8th arr. we had plenty of space to spread out, which was lovely at the end of long days walking through Paris. The location is fantastic. Literally right around the corner from the Champs Elysees with all of its restaurants, pharmacies, groceries and shops, 5 minute walk from two different metro stations and 30 min walk from the Louvre/Pont Neuf in one direction and the Eiffel Tower in the other direction. Karina was friendly and responsive. Thank you!
