About this house rental
The Good Times Downstairs Unit B, located at 303 Highland Avenue in Bradenton Beach is a quiet, two bedroom, and two bath unit with a spacious living room, large open design European kitchen and very spacious open deck. Just one very short block to the beach, the unit provides the ultimate in convenience. Walk to the beach or a short stroll to Bridge Street with many dining, shopping and bar options - a car may not even be necessary. Relax in the evenings on the large open deck with view of the Gulf. Slight bay views are offered from each bedroom.
This unit sleeps six with two queen beds and a pullout sofa bed. It’s just undergone renovations and features wood floors, , stainless steel appliances and a stereo. A full size washer and dryer and gas grill are on site for your use.
There is a 55” flat screen television in the living room as well as a 32” television in the master bedroom.
Good Times B can be rented in conjunction with Unit A upstairs for groups up to eight. Rent both and receive a 5% discount.
Dogs are allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per animal. No cats please.
Goodtimes is a three night minimum rental.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.

In town for a family funeral memorial. Great location and house was stocked perfectly. Quick response from owner. I would stay there again!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

One sliding glass door doesn’t lock, one sliding glass door doesn’t open, one sliding glass door doesn’t shut tight and screen door doesn’t slide well. One bathroom door doesn’t lock and bedroom door sticks. Bathroom ceiling paint is peeling and plug is loose in bathroom. Missing a plug cover in kitchen.
