Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de la résidence, située dans une zone résidentielle paisible et sans nuisances sonores. Il y a également de nombreuses places de parking, ce qui est très pratique. La piscine commune est un vrai plus : elle est très grande, agréable et confortable, avec des transats pour se détendre. Le logement est également très bien équipé, notamment pour cuisiner, avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas sans problème.
Le principal point négatif concerne la chaleur dans le logement, celui-ci étant situé à l’étage. Nous avons été assez surpris de constater que la climatisation était payante et non comprise dans le prix du séjour. Cela mériterait d’être indiqué plus clairement lors de la réservation, surtout compte tenu des températures élevées en été.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very quiet and located close to Arrecife, making it a great base for exploring the island. There is a beautiful seaside promenade nearby, and every window offers lovely views of the volcanic landscape. There is also a swimming pool and several grocery stores within walking distance.
Our host, Sofya, was very friendly, responsive, and always happy to help whenever we had a question.

Sehr schönes Appartment in ruhiger Lage, haben gute Empfehlungen und einen Kaffee bei Ankunft bekommen, Vermieterin sehr bemüht
Sehr steile Treppe, mit Kleinkindern etwas ungünstig. Ideal wäre außerdem ein Kinderstuhl für die Kleinsten. War für uns aber in Ordnung.

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung, schöner Pool, Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, Parkplatz in der unmittelbaren Nähe, guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Inselsüdens!
Gut wären Nachttischlampen, die indirekte Beleuchtung reicht nicht zum Lesen.
