Casa Marla by Villalize

Casa grande, spaziosa e pulita. Dotata di tutto il necessario. Posizione comoda, a pochi passi da un supermercato e dalla zona pedonale lungo il porto. Proprietari disponibili e gentili. Consigliato per famiglia con bambini!!!

È mancata l'acqua qualche ora una mattina, ma il problema è stato prontamente risolto.

Eigentlich war alles top, ein toller, sauberer, komfortabler, schöner Ausgangspunkt für einen längeren Aufenthalt auf der Insel mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern!

Das WLAN war im Wohnzimmer nach Startschwierigkeiten super, leider in den anderen Zimmern (nach ein paar Tagen erst) etwas instabil. Da es nicht den ganzen Aufenthalt betraf, kamen wir klar :)

Beautiful casa..New, modern, spacious, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Nice view from upper floor balcony. Nice lower floor outside patio area. Lots of free available parking. Lovely big, well looked after communal swimming pool. Great WiFi. Very helpful host gave clear easy instructions to check in anytime. Also very kindly allowed us a later check out on leaving day. Complimentary beer, wine and pasta very much appreciated on the late arrival when everything was closed.

Just one thing.. location. The casa is in a new urbanización and it's very residencial.. its dull as dushwater...there is nothing going on nearby. And no beach at all.. Just one 4star hotel, The Marina has a couple bars and restaurants but it's dozy as anything and all closed up by midnight. The only supermarket is overpriced due to lack of competition. So if you want nightlife/ restaurants/ bars/ beaches, swimming in sea etc.. you will need a car or be prepared to pay 25€ each way for taxi to the lively Puerto del Carmen.

Que hayan pensado en todas las cosas que uno puede necesitar durante la estancia.

Diría que falta aire acondicionado en las habitaciones o como mínimo ventiladores, hacia calor y no se podía dormir.
