Entering from the second floor this corner unit has a pool side and ocean view all from your balcony in this ocean view 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. End unit furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom. There are three TVs. Tile floors downstairs and carpet on stairs and upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. Unit has a washer/dryer and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

We enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse. Everything was ok except we couldn't get sliding glass dood to slide open to deck? There were no instructions for wifi and the one there didn't seem to work. Both problems were reported to office. It appears that sliding glass door was checked but still still didn't slide? AnywayWe had a great visit and this is a good place to stay. We have stayed at SH several times before. Very nice and we'll maintained property, great location. Our condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Our group commented that an adult only pool would be only negative comment about our condo would be regarding beds. King bed in master was ok but pillows definitely need to be replaced. Linens could use an upgrade, too. Mattresses in 2nd bedroom on twin beds were uncomfortable. Aside from those issues everything else was good and we will most likely be staying at SH again in the future.
