Cosy and comfortable apartment with a good amount of natural light. All facilities are nearby including supermarkets, a mall and a park. Parking is available and easy to get in and out. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is clear that the owner really takes care of guests and the complimentary items were genuinely appreciated. Communication with the owner was good.
The apartment and furniture feel a little outdated, although everything is in good working condition. You can sometimes hear neighbours playing loud music. On multiple occasions, upstairs neighbours were moving furniture around midnight, which could disturb light sleepers.
Other than that, everything was great.

Sencillo pero todo limpio y nuevo. Esta a 20 minutos del centro andando y ademas hay bus cerca que te deja alli. Al lado del hospital Huca.
El grifo de la dicha molestaba al ducharse. Pero no es grave

La ubicación cerca de las carreteras principales y los servicios esenciales.
El que dispusiese de parking
Es necesario un secador de pelo en condiciones, ya que ese es muy pequeño y sin potencia.
Aunque es tema de la comunidad, falta luz en los pasillos a la salida del ascensor.
