Il Palchetto Centralissimo Napoli Old Town

Ho apprezzato la Cortesia e la Gentilezza di Giuseppe il proprietario di Casa che è stato molto premuroso fin dall ‘ inizio della nostra breve vacanza , l appartamento gode di tutti i comfort , e ‘ ben riscaldato e soprattutto ben insonorizzato . mio marito è originario dei quartieri spagnoli , nato e cresciuto proprio in quel palazzo , per lui è stato bellissimo stare lì perché gli ha ricordato molto la sua infanzia . La struttura esternamente è un po datata ci vorrebbe un leggero Refresh , ma quando si decide di alloggiare nel centro storico e anche giusto apprezzare a 360 gradi il passaggio dei decenni , nonostante questo l appartamento all interno è ristrutturato , e ben curato . Ristrutturato recentemente, l’appartamento è stato confortevole e ben organizzato. La posizione è pazzesca, sei a due minuti da tutto! Lo staff gentile e professionale!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, na miejscu ręczniki oraz całe wyposażenie kuchenne, wraz z ekspresem do kawy i z deską do prasowania. W pokoju klimatyzacja i WiFi. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

W łazience grzyb na suficie.

The location was very nice in a lively neighborhood close to the center. We also liked that the room was pretty spacious, and we liked the kitchen aswel wich we used every day. The room was well isolated wich ensured that is stayed relatively cool during the hot summer days. The price was also very good for high season.

The biggest thing for us that made the stay less enjoyable was the fact that often there was no hot water coming out of the shower, so we had to shower in freezing cold water. When we kindly asked about it, we got a not so nice response. The host said: "It's just a button on the boiler". We apparently had to turn the boiler on and off but he didn't tell us where it was beforehand. It was on the balcony which we couldn't access the first 2 days because the door was broken. He did fix the door so that was very nice of him, but that is why we thought the response was a little rude, or maybe it was the language barrier. Anyways turning the boiler on and of did not help so we were stuck with cold water. The second thing was that the mattrass of the (slaapbank) was quite bad, we had back pain from sleeping there and you could feel the springs in your back. Furthermore there were a few little things that added to the discomfort. This being the mold in the bathroom, the leaking shower and leaking water tap, the fact that there wasn't a separate towel for the dishes, only towels for after showering. In conclusion I want to say that we did have a good time at this appartement, but there are a lot of things that can and need to be improved.
