Prime location with a small escalator to the apartment on 5th floor. Two great beds, fit our family of four very well. Nice little snack station and coffee supply that kept us going. Quiet place to sleep with a window shutter, no noise despite being a busy street below. The location is close to the Port, main pedestrian mall, funicular, and on the back side of the Galleria. Perfectly located. We think the little pizzeria outside the door makes the BEST pizza in Naples!!! Would stay here again if the room was updated.

Furnishings and fittings within our apartment were aged, low quality, and it felt as though many components in the bathroom and kitchen were going to break from regular use. Photos of the apartment on this listing appear to be a mix of the best bits of each apartment on the floor, not completely nor faithfully representing the one we stayed in. Really needs some attention. Wifi was very poor quality as we were at the end of the corridor. We would need to stand near the hallway to get a solid signal.

All you have to do is walk outside the building and you are on the main street to shopping/food.

A bit hard to find, with no signs on the street. Donato was really sweet guy, Eugenia was impolite to talk to.

The location is very good its close to the center

The air conditioning is horrid its so bad.
