About this cottage rental
Stunning large contemporary house with hot tub on the shores of Loch Lomond with fantastic views of the water from all rooms. Situated in the national park six miles north of Luss and looking across the loch to Ben Lomond and the mountains beyond it offers an ideal location within the park as a base for a holiday in one of Scotland's most beautiful and scenic areas.
Accommodation is extensive with 4500 square feet comprising on the ground floor of large kitchen breakfasting room, laundry, dining room, hallway, toilet ,large lounge with gallery above, pool table on the lower level. The upper level comprises of 4 en-suite bedrooms [all king size beds] one of which is situated in the gallery and a fifth bedroom with twin beds or queen bed upon request.
There is plenty of storage and wardrobes in all rooms and a large hallway on the upper level. Total accommodation sleeps 10.
Hardwood oak flooring throughout with under floor heating, modern décor, quality furnishings throughout, sliding patio doors from all downstairs rooms lead on to a large deck overlooking the loch, garden furniture and BBQ.
Full SKY PACK with movies/sports and two sky boxes, sound system, 64 inch tv in lounge, 54 inch in kitchen and 42 inch in master bedroom, unlimited broadband, large fully fitted kitchen and laundry,baby grand piano, electric gates leading up a private driveway to ample parking.

We had a family trip to Scotland, to visit my mother’s birthplace. We chose this house on Loch Lomond. Pictures did not do it justice. The home is very chic, the fixtures and fittings top grade. But that pales in comparison with the view. Oh my. Every room has a wall or two of glass that look straight across the lake to Ben Lomond. You can sit in the hot tub and stare. We loved it. A nice walk along the old road below. The charming village of Luss just down the road with a fun boat excursion available. Or just sit and look for stag on the mountain with a whiskey in hand or a tea. The management team, specially Liz, was wonderful to work with. We found it easily and the instructions easy to follow. I appreciated the quick and helpful emails before and during our stay. Every dish you can imagine in the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Great laundry room for those on a long trip. We hope to return. For future guests, make sure you shop in advance as there is not much close by. We did drive to a Waitrose store in north Glasgow and it was not a long drive. Hollybank House is a gem. Thanks.

I had friends up from Wales and booked Hollybank House for their visit.
It didn't disappoint. Straight from the start we had the wow factor , the house is stunning . it was clean and had everything we could possibly need supplied.
And the views !! Stunning !! my friends were amazed at the views, it was so beautiful.
we even had a little Robin visiting us for breakfast each morning.
The only small negative would be that the steam room wasn't working and the fire in the dining room/sitting room wasn't working either.
but this was only small issues, didn't detract from the overall experience which was fantastic and felt very luxurious.
Thank you to the Hollybank team and we shall definitely return

The house and location exceeded all expectations - truly exceptional. We stayed as a family of 10 (2 small kids) and it was fantastic. The spa and gold memberships were a brilliant bonus making it well worth the cost. Communication with Liz was excellent answast and easy, and she

Those views! And the standard of the accomodation is first class. We loved the whole experience, and the walk along the loch on the old A82 was a bonus.
