We had an enjoyable stay! The condo was just as described.

This was our second time staying in this unit! We had a great experience and it has everything to make your trip easy and fun!

We loved our stay at the condo for spring break! The decor was so lovely, beds comfy, and it met most of our needs! The host left detailed messages and responded quickly during our stay. A few things that would have been preferred would be possibly a Roku TV. The TVs were confusing and having younger kids, it would have been nice to be able to login and stream from apps during the evening. Water pressure was also extremely low for showering. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

I will preface my review by saying the property manager is great. The check in process was amazing and the manager communicates thoroughly to ensure a smooth check in. We were a little disappointed upon entry to find a distinct musty smell. An air freshener was sufficient to mitigate this. The room was otherwise very clean. The smart tv only has a few options in terms of the traditional apps (I.e no Hulu, prime, youtubetv). The kitchen was well stocked and the room was well furnished. I know the listing says you have a view of the marsh, but in reality, it is a small pond. Your view is the parking lot. The resort outside of the room is old and has not been updated since the last time I stayed in this resort back in 2005. If you are looking for high end amenities, this is not the resort for you. But it does offer a bargain price. The walk to the beach is definitely cumbersome. Especially if you are bringing anything with you to the beach. We would bring a wagon with supplies and our child. It’s about a 20 minute walk total one way. There is a shuttle that runs sporadically so you should plan to walk. The beach is also fairly crowded around the resort. The enjoyment of the stay is less about the resort and more about Hilton head itself. The island is a great vacation for families and we certainly had a great time. This resort allows you to do just that without offering luxuries that would otherwise enhance an already enjoyable vacation.
