The property was nice and clean.

Beach access was not what I expected.

About 10 minutes walk from the beach, but there is also a free shuttle (golfcart) if you prefer. The beach was super nice, and not crowded, even though this was top season. Water is very safe and shallow for kids, and there is a lifeguard there for added safety. The apartment is very nicely decorated and extremely well supplied, there were even board games for the rainy days and tennis and pickleball gear. We had some issues with the lock not working for some time, but it was solved super quickly over the phone.

There was a lot of money spent on decor, supplies, even boardgames, tennis and pickleball gear were supplied to the apartment. It was really much more, than we expected. However the kitchenware was kind of cheap: low/medium quality silverware and plates were supplied, although there were so easy to upgrade. Beds were on the softer side, but this really comes down to taste, so maybe other would prefer this.

The location and the comfort of the room was excellent

It was not as simple to get in to the room right the code on the door We had to call the property to help us get in and they provided the key for the door.
