This is a fantastic place to stay - large garden, beautiful tranquil surroundings and you can see the stars! Nice interior and two nice bedrooms. Kitchen was equipped well.

The host had taken care of all the basic needs as you enter. It was a quite place on the country side with the smell of beautiful farm lands around. Nice and well maintained for weekend / long stay holidays.

The door hinges could do with a squirt of oil. Being a gent of advanced years, downstairs trips were an annoying necessity….and my daughter in the adjoining room grumbled that I woke her up! Apart from that minor gripe, everything was absolutely fine.

The Hideaway was a comfortable property in a quiet setting. It was super clean, and decorated to a high standard. For us it was just the right location. Host communicated all necessary details well, and was happy for us to host a family of relatives for tea one afternoon.
The website should not be so gushing. It was comfortable, but not "luxurious". Nor was was the bathroom "large": it was compact/small. The kitchen was not "fully equipped": it had the essentials, but not more.
