Beautiful cottage in Suffolk well placed to explore the coast and other attractions. Lots of useful leaflets with walks and information about Suffolk. A lovely welcome pack on arrival.

It would have been nice to check out a bit later on Sunday morning.

Site and amenities in a wonderful cottage. Lovely setting and the the presentation gift upon arrival was most appreciated.

Sloping ceiling over bed and bath! But got used to banking my head!!! Took the time to red provided information so tackling the wet room not a problem. Loved idea to fix stair gates to protect very young children and keep them safe. However, for anyone with a physical disability or of a certain (older) age, a potential health and safety issue as so easy to trip on the bottom, floor-fixed rail. Indeed, made the actual entrance rather narrow and awkward. But we survived!

A delightful cottage with lovely homely touches. It was well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The beautiful welcome basket was so thoughtful and went down very well with everyone. It was also a pleasure to sit outside and watch the horses and rabbits in the next field.
