Loved the actual property, the gardens and the hot tub
There was not really enough seating area in the lounge, sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even with the mattress topper. Was a bit remote for us but that was my bad for not checking before I booked.

Modern, very clean, every thing you needed (washing machine, dish washer, coffee maker, BBQ, didn't use any of these but were there). And the icing on the cake the hot tub which is why we booked it. Having milk, orange juice, bottle of wine and some chocolate bars and biscuits provided was a nice touch. All cleaning, washing up bits provided also.
Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and hot tub needed to be a few degrees hotter.

A lovely tranquil setting surrounded by fields. Great size private garden allowing us to fully relax, along with the fabulous hottub. Great location to access nearby towns and villages such as Beccles and Halesworth and only 30 minutes to the coast! Wonderful places to eat within a few minutes drive. As a bungalow it was perfect for our mum as no stairs to climb, was light and airy and spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a comfy stay.
