We spent one night at Villa Madison and the building outside looks very nice and modern. The apartment was also modern, especially the kitchen, however the room itself would need overall improvement - painting the walls would be a must. Otherwise everything was OK.
The room was a bit rundown and facing the road, therefore we could hear the cars passing by all night.

Decent remodeling.
Private pool means just a pool for all visitors.
Views are provably good at higher floors.
Very small place. All is there but not worth the money.

Clean. Comfortable bed.
Our room had no window. It felt claustrophobic.
No amenities.
No common room with basic foods available (coffee, tea, milk etc.)
