All the staff members, each one do an amazing work
One small thing is when you woke up late, you will find that some meals from the breakfast are empty and they cannot refill them again

Location was good, not super noisey and restaurant on site.
Rooms need a little maintenance eg cupboard doors don’t close well. Small kids pool poorly maintained

The place offers good value for the price and is quite clean. Most of the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is nice.
- The bath towels are not good at all too old - There is a noticeable lack of care from some of the staff. I asked an employee to open the access door to the elevator, as the other way involved stairs and I was pushing a baby stroller that I couldn't carry. He laughed in a strange way and simply said the door is currently closed. - The location is tucked away in alleyways.
