The staff was very nice .everyone from the restaurant to the management to house keeping was nice and respectful.
If i will visit marrakech again i will book this hotel.
Everything was good and sorted straight away.i don't think there is anything i didn't like but i think keeping a kettle and coffee/tea would have made it better.

Perfect hotel when you have to be early at the airport the next morning, clean and climatized room and very friendly staff, they organize taxis and are truly welcoming!
A bit old and not too cheap, but we always choose it for the end of our trip.

really comfy beds. after having read the reviews we didn’t expect much at breakfast - it was the best breakfast we had during our stay in Marrakesh. The variety was phenomenal!
A couple of the sockets were loose it didn’t really impact our stay as we just avoided using them but possibly an electrical issue.
