Steps away from Lauderdale By The Sea restaurants and downtown. Very quiet and well maintained property. Perfect for 2 people on vacation or business travel. Park your Vehicle, open the gate to a your own yard right off A1A and walk to your cozy apartment.

A great cottage to stay in. Has all the essentials: TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor/smoking seating, decent size shower, cutlery in a small kitchen area that also has a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and portable cooktop burner. Bed was very comfortable and is able to fit two guests. Great central location right by the beach and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Guests are also offered a free drink at the affiliated restaurant a block away. Accommodations were made even though there was an initial slip up when we arrived. Overall, we were satisfied by how quickly the issue was resolved and the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage.

Location is great. Very close to restaurants and bars. Ocean is a few minute walk as well. Unit was as described. Older but clean. Communication with owner was great. Check in was easy. Value for the area is great.

Exactly what I needed for a quick three night weekend visit traveling alone to a family event up the street. Was able to check in easily just before midnight after a late flight with assistance from the owner. The place had everything I needed for a restful night: a comfy bed, effective heat pump, kitchenette for a quick breakfast/heating up some ramen for a dinner snack, and a nice safe feeling, walkable neighborhood with a convenience store right across the street.

Although set-back and private, it was still somewhat noisy. The outdoor flood lights in the back were so bright that the closed blinds could not keep the room dark. In general, the place was clean but the shower had mold on the ceiling and in the grout. Bed was comfortable. There was only one roll of toilet paper, so we had to buy some. There was some abruptness on the part of the owners when we checked in. We arrived at 3:53 for an agreed upon 4:00 check-in, but they were irritated because they were still cleaning and were finished at about 4:20. It was just okay, but we probably would not rent this place again. Very close to the beach. Others may like it.
