Very quiet location

The apartment itself was big had a great view!

The location wasn’t great with not much open around the town. The apartment was lacking little things like soaps and bottle opener and the ‘staff’ were not very contactable.

A big apartment with a nice view on the sea. Fortunately slightly away from the crowdy tourist peer. We really enjoyed the freshly prepared "fast food" in the bistro under the apartment.

It was not easy to find.... We hadn't seen the additional instructions before (send by e-mail). Some soap in the bathroom would be nice....

Buon soggiorno di fronte alla spiaggia di Grancamp~maisy e vicinanza a locali e ristorantini per cenare.

La cosa migliore di questa struttura e’ sicuramente la posizione di fronte al mare. L’appartamento e’ carino ma piccolo per 4 persone.

Bisognerebbe curare di piu’ l’ingresso all’appartamento.

Wohnung mit Charme, jedoch dann kam das ABER...

Die Lage mit dem Blick aufs Meer ist natürlich toll. Von außen ist das Haus eher unscheinbar, von innen hat die Wohnung Charme.

Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, ist leider ganz viel Potential nach oben. Der Besteckkasten war so keimig, dass ich davon nichts nehmen konnte. Auf manchen Heizungen wurde schon solange nicht mehr geputzt, dass es einem sofort ins Auge fiel. Warum man den Balkon nicht hübsch herrichtet, ist mir ein Rätsel, so konnte man da leider nicht drauf, ohne den ganzen Dreck nach innen zu tragen. Die ganze Farbe blättert ab. Auch die Gartenmöbel vor dem Eingang könnten mal gestrichen werden, macht doch gleich einen besseren Eindruck...Wenn man auf dem Sofa saß, kam ein ganz muffiger Geruch, so dass ich mich dort nicht aufhalten konnte. Leider hörte man auch jeden Schritt von dem Mieter in der oberen Etage und wir hatten das Pech, dass derjenige wohl keinen Schlaf brauchte und die ganze Nacht in der Wohnung umherging. Auch wäre ein Hinweis nett gewesen, dass sich die 4. Bettwäsche im Bettkasten des Sofas befindet. Ich gebe selten Bewertungen ab, aber hier war es mir ein Bedürfnis. Die Wohnung ist auf den 1. Blick hübsch, nur leider sehr schmuddelig, was man eigentlich ganz einfach abstellen könnte, schade.

Nous aurions aimé de vrais rideaux occultant . Ce en place sont à peine assez large et laisse passer la lumière. Locataires au-dessus très bruyants !

Nous aurions aimé de vrais rideaux occultant à défaut de volet. Ceux en place sont à peine aussi large que la fenêtre et laisse vraiment passer le jour. Bon a savoir mais notre hôte n'y est pour rien, tout, mais absolument tout les musées sont fermés jusqu'à Caen en janvier! Il est aussi compliqué de trouver quelque chose d'ouvert le midi pour déjeuner. C'est une quête qui fait voir du pays!!
