The location was excellent and the facilities modern and clean. The elevator was very helpful for luggage. Stefano was incredibly kind and accommodating helping us through the electronic entry.
We had trouble with the initial entry despite following instructions. Stefano was quickly responsive.

Good large rooms and comfortable bed.

I had many problems during my stay… The large key for the inside door of the B&B did not work after an hour and a half someone heard me and came to rescue me. They could not get the key to work either so they gave me their key as they were leaving the next morning, the owner left after I stated I would shower for 15 minutes and be ready to listen and go over the map. He’s a very nice man, but I expected that he would wait. The air conditioning was shut off and I was unable to get it going for almost 2 hours and then my neighbor tried to do it and it had to be recalibrated completely on the phone with the owner. Three hours no air-conditioning and it was 95°. Location was great. I really think the state would’ve been better if someone spoke English on the premises.
The key to the inside door should be replaced. Air conditioning should be left on when it’s 95° or just shut off so that I could easily turn it back on.
