top lage, neue wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und tolle KOmmumikation mit dem vermieter, da er immer erreichbar war und tolle tips gegeben hat.

Super zentrale und Sichere Lage. Viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung . Moderne Einrichtung .Kaffeemaschne mit Kapseln. sehr Hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten das Gepäck früher ins Zimmer stellen. Gute Ausflug und Restaurant Tipps erhalten. Super Klimaanlage. Wir waren 3 personen und hatten viel Platz

Hellhörig ! Strassenlärm war gut zu hören.

This one one of the few places I've been recently that the shower actually worked as expected. The hardest mattress I've ever slept on but the bed is not uncomfortable. You don't hear the fridge upstairs. The place is very near to the center.

The first night I got woken up as follows: 2 times by cars driving very loudly on the non-asphalt road outside, 1 time by car honking at 5:30 in the morning, 1 time by what sounded like some bottles being thrown around in the trunk of a car, 1 time by the very strong smell of the drainage, because there turned out to be a hole under one of the beds that leads directly to the bathroom. The following nights it wasn't as bad - predominantly the smell was waking us up. Even our child woke one time to tell us that it smells very bad and she can't sleep. There was a high pitch noise coming off of the Wi-Fi so I had to unplug it from t he wall socket immediately after we entered as it was unbearably annoying, so we had to use our mobile data. There was not space for putting your things (shower gel, soap etc...) under the shower. The microwave is actually an oven. There are no night lamps and if you wake up during the night you have to light up the whole house. The coffee machine was full with capsules from previous guests. The place is straight on the sidewalk and no windows open, so if you want to let fresh air in you have to open the door and people passing by casually just watch what's going on inside. And not to forget that we were arriving from Siracusa with 4 suitcases and the owners told us to step from the bus near plaza Duomo, so we had to basically push our 4 suitcases for 14 minutes through some quite nasty streets from where we stepped down from the bus.
