About this house rental
Typical rural building of the Tuscan peasant tradition, on two floors, completely renovated, furnished, equipped with large garden and wood, private. Small swimming pool and private parking. Composed of:
GROUND FLOOR
- kitchen;
- dining room-living room with fireplace;
- bathroom with shower, toilet;
- closet;
- laundry.
FIRST FLOOR
- 2 bedrooms with double bed;
- bathroom with shower, toilet.
Linen: bath towels (changed every 4 days) and bed linen (changed every 7 days). Included in the price.
(Note: any additional change will cost € 25.00 per person).
Please note: expenses for water, electricity and gas included; excluding heating, when necessary (10,00 euro / day).
- The prices per week are meant from Saturday (from 15:00) to Saturday (by 10:00);
- The weekend rate is for two nights, chosen by the customer, between Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday;
- Any cases not provided for in the tariff, or particular customer requests, will still be taken into consideration; the relative prices will be agreed at the time of the request itself;
- At the time of the booking request (by phone or email), a deposit will be requested (payable by bank transfer), only upon receipt of which, the booking itself will be confirmed;
- Deposit request of 150 € (on arrival, in cash) returnable at the end of the stay;
- Costs for the final cleaning of the house (if not provided by the client) equal to € 50.

Very nice two bedroom terraced property, in off the beaten track wooded location. The highlight is the wonderful private garden with pool and mountain views.
The charming town of Montecarlo is only a few minutes drive away.
Francesco is a great host - making sure we were comfortable.
