About this farm stay rental
In an old stone farmhouse is located our three-room apartment of about 90 square meters. This is a comfortable apartment on two levels. On the ground floor, with independent access and direct to the garden, is the living area, while on the first floor there are two large and spacious double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom (in one there is a washing machine). The apartment comes with a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. . The apartment is equipped with LCD TV with HDMI and satellite channels. Also find free wifi and air conditioning (for a fee). In the garden there is a comfortable table with chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. On request, a barbecue is available free of charge and you can bring your pet (with prior confirmation). You also have access to a panoramic deck perfect for dining in the lights of the valley.
Our farm is located on the hill of Montecarlo, in the plain of Lucca. Montecarlo is a small medieval village full of history and attractions.
Our apartments are surrounded by olive trees and vineyards of our farm. A small estate where you can find peace and tranquility. Our position is strategic for being able to move in the north of Tuscany. Outside the chaos of the city but close to the main roads is a short distance from Lucca (about 20 minutes by car), Pisa (40 minutes) and Florence (50 minutes). Even Siena can be reached quickly (90 minutes).
Inside our farm you can:
- Stay in restored ancient farmhouses immersed in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside
- Relax in the shade of ancient olive groves and visit our company oil mill for the production of extra virgin olive oil and an ancient stone crusher from 1780
- Tasting our production of DOC Montecarlo wines and our extra virgin olive oil DOP Lucca

Very clean, quiet and the farm made arrangements to fit your needs, for diections or information. The winery and olive trees tour was free for guests. Had a tasting room for wine and oils. The view is absolutely gorgeous. .Washing machines avaliable. Make sure you know how to operate the machine before they leave the place .
