Spend your Cape Cod summer just steps from the sand! Nestled in a quiet corner of Brewster s beautiful Bayside, this inviting home is thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped for a memorable beachside getaway.
The first floor features a bright, well-stocked kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a spacious living room with comfortable seating for eight perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. Also on this level are a convenient half bath, a primary bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a full-sized bed. Upstairs, you ll find a full bath and two additional bedrooms, each offering a queen and twin bed, ideal for families or groups. Every bedroom, along with the kitchen, dining, and living areas, is cooled by air conditioning for your comfort.
After the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, then head out back to enjoy Cape evenings around the fire pit roasting s mores under the stars. A charcoal grill and picnic table make outdoor meals a breeze, while beach chairs and a wagon are provided to make your walk to the shore even easier.
Directions to the beach:
From the home, head down Foster Road to Grandfather s Lane, all the way to the end, and you ll find the path to the beach.
The Sea Pines Association beach is quite big, stretching from Point of Rocks to the condominiums.

-Cape Cod Rail Trail: Enjoy miles of scenic biking and walking paths. Rent bikes nearby on Route 6A and set off on a carefree adventure through Brewster.
-Brewster Flats: Don't miss the iconic tidal flats at low tide—perfect for shell collecting, barefoot strolls, and unforgettable photos.
-Cape Cod Bay Sunsets: End your day with a breathtaking sunset over the bay, a true highlight of any Brewster stay.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
Note: Saturday-to-Saturday stays only.

Check in was handing me a folder with mostly good info. The neighbors pool filter is under the bedroom windows and makes a horrible sound all day. Plant some shrubs. If you can’t get the guy to fix it. When I asked to confirm number of bedrooms as the listing had three and four I got no reply.

Great cozy house. A nice short walk to a cute beach and centrally located to the remainder of the cape. A bit unfortunate that we had to go to the realtors to get a key code that could have been texted or emailed

Our family loved this Brewster cottage. Leighton Reality was very easy and helpful through the booking. The walk to the beach was easy, and the wagon made packing up our little guy and sand toys a breeze. The low tide was phenomenal- adventuring for hours and picnics a mile out on a sand bar, it was wild and awesome. Great beach for little kids during low tide and wave jumping fun during high tide. The house had a ton of games and a wooden train set which our son loved and made the rainy days that much more fun. We can’t wait to return!
