The location and extensive grassed area around the property . The quality of the building and its fittings The amenities bbq outside, wood fire inside, plenty of crockery cutlery so we were not having to wash them within meals. all items we needed were excellent quality and thoughtfully provided.

Just the pillows very hard and uncomfortable and the arrival time being late and departure time early - a little difficult to be out in time especially with the more excessive than usual clean up required!

The Old Laundry is located in a beautiful location right next door to a working farm and amongst other holiday properties. The property is immaculate, spacious and fitted with all required amenities. The bedrooms are lovely and beds very comfortable. The amount of outside space was great.

The sofas are an odd shape and size. Fine for sitting on but quite narrow and arms very high. The log burner was very difficult to light (I have a log burner at home so know how to use them). It's a real shame the outside space isn't secure for dogs - it wouldn't take much to make it secure (gate across parking area, gate across the stone walled field, mesh on gate leading to farm field to prevent small/medium dogs going under the gate). This would make it top scoring for us.

Very warm clean and well equipped. It was perfect for a relaxing get away
