Kitchen very well equipped. Bedrooms extremely pleasant. Owner a pleasure to deal with.
The kitchen/living area was barn like and a bit gloomy.

location and surroundings were amazing, really quirky accommodation with loads of character. Plenty of birds to watch and listen to, just outside the forest proper but only a short drive from all the hotspots like mallards pike symonds yat and cannop ponds
as we had all come from several locations we had 3 cars with us and this meant we had nowhere outside to sit [as we had to use it as additional parking] the enclosed garden had an opening at one end which meant it was not suitable to let the dog run free... kitchen/lounge floor exceptionally squeaky [ so any early risers woke those sleeping below]

The property was immaculate and the rooms comfortable and generously sized. The boot room was perfect for drying wet weather gear also. The walled field was ideal for exercising our dog too. All the facilities were first rate.
The only slight hiccup was the intermittent internet connection.
