Decent for the money

The view from the balcony was amazing. Access was easy enough and the city was closeby. The place was clean, unlike the other reviews would suggest.

Everything was cramped. For a place advertised for four people we had a hard enough time fitting just two. It also seems to me like the area could have a drug problem - on the day of our arrival we were chased around by a man with violent intent who seemed under the influence of something other than alcohol. Fortunately the police took him away after like half an hour, but it still bore on our feeling of safety It also could've just been a skill issue on my part, but for the life of me I could not find a kettle there.

Host posted incorrect address and we were unable to find the building. After two hours in 40deg heat we received the correct address and entry instructions. Very frustrating !!

Process to get the keys well organized and parking spot attributed. The owner sent a clear message with the instructions to get in and was available for any question.

Le studio n’est pas vraiment chauffé la nuit fait vraiment froid a cette période le toilette est petite le reste est propre le calme saufs 2 choses le chauffage est le toilette est vraiment petit

Pas de draps ni essuies… rien c’est un scandal et on nous a avisé de cela après encaissement de la réservation ! En outre le mini studio était sale , traces d’urine sur la planche du wc…sol sale … c’est malhonnête !!

Ottimo appoggio per la Serre-Chevalier e Briancon

Ottima posizione vicinissima a Briancon e già in Serre-Chevalier! Parcheggio personale disponibile all'esterno dello stabile. Ritiro chiavi e self check-in comodissimi. Prezzo ragionevole. Vista montagna dal balcone, il quale tra l'altro è molto carino e spazioso.

La pulizia può essere migliorata specialmente del copridivano. Fornire un asciugamano a testa è un po' poco specialmente se uno si intrattiene più giorni, ma tutto sommato non ci possiamo lamentare!

Logement bien équipé confortable à prix raisonnable

Le logement était très propre, la température impeccable, la douche parfaite, bien équipé (ustensiles, couettes moelleuses qui sentent bon), le canapé lit du salon très confortable, celui de l’entrée un peu dur mais notre fille de 16 ans, ne s’en est pas plaint. L’emplacement nous a convenu car au cœur des stations de ski, et nous avions notre voiture. La terrasse parfaite avec vue montagne,

Nous avons eu des soucis de voisinage car une résidente tape et crie régulièrement, la police est même venue pour la tempérer. Notre voisine étudiante nous a dit que cela durait depuis Août. Logement petit pour 4, à 3 c’est bien.
