Very cute chalet, located 5min away from Briancon city centre. Nearby walk able restaurants, bakery/ patisserie, pharmacy. Cosy, warm interior with all the equipment you need for your stay. The instructions by the owner Josephine were straightforward.

Chalet is spacios and well equiped, parking lot is in front of the door.
Cleanliness was a big disappointment. It looked like the chalet was long time out of use (we were there in July) and there were 50+ flies inside. The roof windows would need shades as it gets very hot inside in summer time without airco. The surroundings would also need some improvement (e.g. grass cut). The forks, knives, spoons and kitchenware was not clean either…

Un refugio encantador pero poco practico
El apartamento es un encanto, pero le falta alguna actualización
Un repaso de limpieza en los enseres de limpieza. El wifi un total desastre, creo que tienen un repetidor que no funciona y en la zona no hay cobertura. La calefacción muy justa para no decir nula

Adresse sauvegardée pour un autre éventuel autre séjour dans la région.
La qualité du logement et sa déco, pas de vis à vis et vue montagne. La literie est confortable, accès à internet. Proche du centre mais au calme. Cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut. La petite terrasse pour prendre un verre et discuter.
Pas grand chose, juste des petits détails. Dans la chambre mezzanine il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour faire rentrer la fraîcheur. Une fenêtre oscillo aurait été bien. Pour étendre le linge il manque des pinces à linge.
