For this reason, we have a very strict NO SMOKING, VAPING, or PETS of any kind anywhere on our entire property rule.

We’ve just finished remodeling this beautiful home, and we’re excited to share it with our guests! Once you arrive, you will find a sprawling two level, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, Two full kitchens, one on each level, walk in pantry with double ovens, a dining room seating 10, three large living/ family rooms with grand sectionals, sofas, and chairs to seat everyone comfortably, four large TVs- all with Apple TV , luxurious all cotton linens on six ultra comfortable beds, amazing turkish towels that will claim your heart in four full & stunning bathrooms, as well as a powder room!

Upstairs, you’ll walk through the glass and iron arched double front doors into your foyer with coat closet, bench to remove your shoes, and console to hold your personal belongings! Off the foyer you’ll find another double set of antique Egyptian wood and glass doors leading into an extensive library-like office complete with plaid wool carpet and an authentic Eames leather chair. After walking inside your villa you’ll see the front exterior European arch repeated a few more times throughout the main level with the first one leading to the powder room and then beyond that the first and largest primary suite. Our upstairs has two luxurious primary suites, both with walk-in closets and full bathrooms, the extensive chefs kitchen with quartzite counters, a 9’ long Island with three barstools, white oak cabinets, 48”- six burner along with a griddle cooktop, espresso machine, and double ovens round out the kitchen which opens up to the front living room which overlooks the front yard through seven windows that wrap the room! Our custom built 9’ long white oak dining table seats 10 comfortably and is truly the heart of the home. Walk up three steps, and you’ll step onto the softest carpeted upper level living room with stunning gas fireplace, frame tv, rocking chair for loving on your littles, an upright piano and record player for some music, this all opens up to the outdoor deck with a large sectional, two rocking chairs, and dining table for dining Al fresco as you overlook the gardens…. This rounds off the main level!

Downstairs has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and all have walk in closets. There is a ping pong/ game room and a bar top peninsula in the kitchen with four antique brass and leather bar stools. The living room downstairs has our “Hawaii” wall, large sectional, a concept 2 rower, some hand weights, & exercise bands for your workouts , and a bookshelf full of our faves for you to enjoy while you’re here! Make sure to grab firewood and s'more fixings... because the solo stove and 8 adirondacks are out front and always ready for making sweet family memories!
