Seanathan Farms is a newly renovated 6 bedroom, 4 bath retreat with a modern farmhouse feel, nestled in a quiet country setting in beautiful Franklin, TN.
The main house has four bedrooms and three baths on two levels and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. It has an additional, but separate, private suite that accommodates an additional four guests and consists of two queen bedrooms, a full bath with double vanities, it's own fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, and washer and dryer, all conveniently located on ground level with no stairs to navigate.
We are located within minutes of Historic Downtown Franklin, Cool Springs, and the great city of Nashville.
You will immediately feel your cares melt away as you open the door into your very own private oasis.

MAIN HOUSE
GOURMET KITCHEN:
Your Gourmet Kitchen is filled to the brim with everything you will need to prepare a large feast, or an intimate dinner for two.
It consists of upgraded appliances, large pantry, plenty of cabinet space, and an extra large center island that seats up to four.
DINING AREA:
Enjoy family style meals in the bright and sunny dining area.
The large farmhouse table will seat eight comfortably.
You can open the double French doors which are adjacent to two back decks for endless entertaining possibilities.
TWO SITTING AREAS:
Get warm and cozy with a blanket and popcorn as you watch a good movie on one of the large sreen, smart televisions.
MASTER SUITE:
Embrace peace and tranquility in your extra large mini suite which consists of a King size bed, a separate sitting area, reading nook, and a counter height bar that doubles as a work station.
End your day watching a movie on your 75" Samsung Q-led smart TV, or relax in the Master Bath with a hot soak in the jet tub.
Whatever you decide, this Master Suite is fit for royalty!

Serenity awaits you as you unwind in one of the three additional bedrooms.

The separate private suite has its own fully stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for up to four guests.
LAUNDRY:
A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Enjoy a drink and the breeze on the front covered porch, or watch the fireflies in the evening as you reminisce of old times with family or friends.

Absolutely beautiful home in an amazing location. The home and the property were beautiful. The setting is very private while still being super close to everything in Franklin and Nashville. The hosts, Lori and Rob, were super friendly, kind, and easy to communicate with. The house had all of the comforts of home and was super clean. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. The front porch was fantastic with multiple rocking chairs and a porch swing. My family and I had an excellent time here.

This is the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. The place felt like home. Not a rental. The space is extremely accommodating for a large group. No detail has been missed. The host is extremely gracious. The propriety and home are beautiful!! This is the place to rent if you’re in the area!

Robert and Lori welcomed us to their beautiful home when we arrived. It was picture perfect and offered plenty of space for our family gathering (seven adults, four wee ones, and two dogs). The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil you could need and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. The cupboard also had basic cooking spices and oils. We used the grill on two nights. That was also a bonus. The front porch was our favorite landing spot. We got a wonderful photo of the grandkids on the porch swing. Everyone enjoyed the huge yard, including the dogs. We had time around the fire pit and it was a perfect yard for throwing a frisbee. There's also a small creek that runs through the property. We enjoyed a visit to Radnor Lake State Park. It is so pretty there. Because no food is allowed in this particular state park, we went to Granny White Park in Brentwood to eat our picnic lunch. Granny White has a great playground and the picnic tables are nearby. Another day, we went to Pinkerton Park in Franklin and visited the Tinkerbell playground and then walked to downtown Franklin which was fun as well.We really enjoyed our time in Franklin and special thanks to Robert and Lori for everything that they did to make us feel welcome and at home.

Well stocked with all the comforts of home! Very peaceful and secluded. Franklin is a great place to visit. It was easy to get to Nashville.
