The ground floor consists of a modern kitchen with seating for 4 diners, a half bath with laundry facilities, and a living room that opens up to a terrace with a stunning panoramic view of the Tuscan hilltop town of Montespertoli and the Chianti Fiorintina countryside. Upstairs you will find two air conditioned bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Wi-Fi service is available. Access and parking are very easy. Montagnana is within easy walking distance and offers an excellent pizzeria, a neighborhood restaurant, Il Focolare, known throughout Tuscany for its fabulous Bisteca Fiorintina, a welcoming alimentari (neighborhood grocery), and friendly bar for your morning espresso and pastry. Florence is a short 20 minute drive from Montagnana, and Siena, Arezzo, and Pisa can all be reached in about an hour. Romita is the perfect home base for your Tuscan adventure.
For those guests who enjoy their daily walks, the valley below offers rarely traveled roads passing through vineyards, olive groves, and other Tuscan farms.
